3. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled prior to shipment by contacting us via our WhatsApp support.

  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

  • Happi.lk reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery fees vary depending on your location, package weight, and selected delivery method.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be subject to delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

  • We shall not be held liable for delays or damages caused during transit by third-party courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are unsealed, unused, and in original condition.

  • Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where applicable or as store credit.

6. Payments

  • We accept various payment methods including cash on delivery, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received or verified, except in the case of COD.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on Happi.lk including logos, images, text, and designs is the property of Happi.lk and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
