Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned item and complete an inspection, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • If the return is approved, we will initiate a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), the refund will be made via bank transfer or store credit, based on your preference.

  • Shipping charges and service fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Cancellation Policy

Changed your mind? No problem!

  • Orders may be cancelled at any time before dispatch.

  • Once your order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation but may qualify for return if it meets our return criteria.

  • To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
